Common questions
How do you price work?
Published ranges on the Services page reflect real delivered projects. A scoping conversation produces a fixed written quote before anything starts, and we do not bill discovery as a surprise line item afterwards.
How long do things take?
A focused automation or assistant build runs four to eight weeks. Platform programmes such as CRM or ERP run three to nine months, phased so useful capability lands early rather than everything arriving at the end.
Do you work outside Pakistan?
Yes. Most delivery is remote and we work regularly across GCC and UK hours. We quote in PKR by default and can convert on request.
Are software licences included?
No. Platform and cloud licences are contracted directly between you and the vendor so you own the agreement. We help you size and negotiate them, and we take no referral commission.
What happens after handover?
Every engagement includes documentation, training and a support window. Ongoing managed cover is available separately from PKR 35,000 per month depending on scope and response targets.
Can you rescue a stalled project?
Often. We audit what exists first and give you an honest read on whether continuing or rebuilding is better economics — including when rebuilding is the smaller job and the cheaper answer.
